Hollywood Icon Stallone Lists California Property at a Loss

Actor Sylvester Stallone is selling his La Quinta, California villa at a loss. The property, which features a main house, guest house and a pool, is listed for $3.35 million, a $1.4 million loss from what Stallone paid for it in 2014.

The main house boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a spacious living room with a fireplace. The guest house has an additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property also features a pool, a spa and a large outdoor area for entertaining.

Stallone, known for his roles in the Rocky and Rambo film series, is currently based in Miami. He has also listed another property in Beverly Hills for $7.5 million.

The sale of the La Quinta villa is an indication of the current real estate market in California, where high prices and increased competition has made it difficult for sellers to get their asking price. Despite the loss, Stallone is hoping to find a buyer for the property soon.

This is not the first time Stallone has sold a property at a loss, he has been known to make strategic real estate moves and it's not uncommon in the real estate market to sell a property at a loss. The sale of the La Quinta villa is a reflection of the current market trends and not a reflection of the property itself.
